Kobach Preparing To Lead Federal Election Fraud Commission

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach prepares to help lead a new presidential commission on election fraud by touting what he says are significant problems he uncovered in Kansas. As its secretary of state, he’s the first state elections chief with a prosecutor’s powers. Kobach said he’s not pre-judging what might be happening in other states before the commission appointed by President Trump begins compiling hard data about election fraud. Voting rights advocates have criticized Kobach’s appointment.
